Thank you so much for a wonderful stay at the hotel in Kudowa-Zdrój! Our group from Masuria returned very satisfied and full of fond memories. The rooms were fresh, spotlessly clean, and very well-maintained, with everything prepared to the highest standard. The breakfasts were delicious and fresh, and everyone could find something to enjoy. The entire stay took place in an incredibly pleasant atmosphere. A huge thank you to Ms. Monika for her excellent communication, professionalism, and for taking care of everything down to the last detail—she's a truly lovely person! The ladies at the front desk also deserve great praise for their kindness, smiles, and assistance at every turn. This is also a great place for large groups—everything was perfectly organized, efficiently prepared, and meticulously planned. Everything was truly excellent. This was our second stay here as a Retirement Group, and once again we felt exceptionally well-cared for from the first to the last minute. Monika demonstrated enormous commitment, kindness, and professionalism, ensuring that both the banquet organization and our entire stay took place in an exceptionally pleasant, peaceful, and warm atmosphere. Organizing a group trip is usually a surefire path to gray hair and a nervous twitch. Fortunately, fate (and our reservation) landed us at the Hotel Kudowa, where our sanity was overseen by Monika, the group travel planner – an absolute wizard of logistics and a true institution! Monika can tame even the most indecisive group of adults, who change their minds every five minutes about the number of rooms, dietary restrictions, and meal times. She did it with a smile, angelic patience, and such ease that organizing our group was as if it were a relaxing stroll through a spa park. If there were ever a comic book about hospitality superheroes, Monika would be the main character. The hotel itself? Fantastic! A great location, almost in the heart of the resort. The rooms are so comfortable that we were fighting internal battles with our alarm clocks in the mornings. Eating in the restaurant is a constant assault on willpower and any diet – the chef should have a diploma in making people happy. Our entire group returned rested, fed, and—most importantly—complete. No one argued with anyone else, which is the highest possible mark for the organization. If you're planning a group trip and want to experience something special and have a great time, head straight to the Hotel Kudowa and ask for Monika. This was our second stay at this charming place.

The room had a balcony, was very clean, had a comfortable bed, and the bathroom was functional and had everything you needed. The food was very good and varied, the coffee was delicious, and the drinks were good. The staff was friendly, especially Monika at the front desk.

From the outside, the hotel appears unassuming, even average, and doesn't promise anything special. Nothing could be further from the truth. From the moment you step inside, you can tell there's something truly special about this place. The cuisine deserves special mention. The food is simply fantastic – refined, fresh, and served with attention to every detail. Every meal was a pleasure that makes you want to return. The service is another huge asset of this hotel. Professional, courteous, and always helpful, yet unobtrusive. The high standards and genuine commitment to guest comfort are evident. The rooms are very clean, well-maintained, and well-prepared, further enhancing the comfort of your stay. This place definitely surprises you positively and proves that first impressions can be deceiving. We will happily return.

Friendly and welcoming staff :) Delicious food - both à la carte options as well as breakfast and dinner. An absolutely charming trip! Kudowa is perfect for a weekend trip for a trail full of adventures in museums and taste sensations in the pump room :) And at the end of the day, return to the hotel for a relaxing sauna or massage.

We're currently staying at the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised the very next day by being given a room of a higher standard than we'd booked, which the friendly receptionist informed us about. The room was newly renovated – spacious, spotlessly clean, and fragrant. This is probably thanks to Angelika, who prepared the room and kept it clean. The meals were delicious, varied, and had a wide selection for both breakfast and dinner. The spa area was fantastic, with a small pool, jacuzzi, and saunas. It's very close to the Spa Park and the center of Kudowa. I highly recommend staying there.

If the scale had more stars, I would definitely give it for both the service and the food. From the moment we entered, we were greeted by a very friendly, smiling receptionist, and the cleaning ladies were also very polite and kind. The people working at this hotel deserve a medal, because they make this place so wonderful. We traveled with two children, and the room was comfortable enough for five days. The bathroom was large. Breakfast and dinner were varied and plentiful. The staff made sure nothing was missing. Mealtime was a real pleasure for us 😃🤗 The pool, saunas, jacuzzi, and entire spa provide entertainment for both young and old. Everyone will find something for themselves. The games room offers table football, ping-pong, and board games. We left feeling very dissatisfied and disappointed, yet filled with unforgettable memories. We highly recommend Hotel Kudowa! Our five-day stay at the hotel was excellent. The rooms were cleaned daily, and water, coffee, tea, etc. were replenished. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, with something for everyone. There's something different every day, and a children's menu is also available. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. There's a large, warm swimming pool with a wide selection of water toys for children. There's a playroom and games room for children. The hotel has a fantastic location, centrally located, and all nearby attractions are close by. We will definitely recommend it, and if we ever choose this destination again, we'll definitely stay at this hotel.

We highly recommend Hotel Kudowa. Great atmosphere, friendly service, and delicious meals. We had a package deal with breakfast and dinner. A wide selection of dishes, especially for picky eaters, was provided. Children were entertained by the entertainment program, and of course, the indoor pool, jacuzzi, and sauna.

The location is perfect. Very close to the park, yet on a quiet side street. A great base for exploring nearby attractions. The rooms are clean, spacious, and the room service is discreet and thorough. Our children's stuffed animals were beautifully arranged on the bed every day. The entire property was clean and fragrant. The reception desk is helpful, friendly, and courteous. The children's play area is the best I've ever seen! We were with three small children, and the on-site attractions are a priority for us. There was an evening of cartoons, entertainment, a playgroup, a table tennis table, and a very nice outdoor playground. The food is delicious, varied, and well-seasoned. We all enjoyed it. Even our little tummies were full and satisfied. The meal service is excellent! The service is fast, discreet, polite, and always smiling. Ania, who worked the dinner service, was particularly outstanding. Before offering the children ice cream, she discreetly asked for their parents' permission. Parents will understand 😉 We were impressed with the entire stay.

I give this hotel a very positive review. Friendly staff, very well-maintained rooms, cleaned daily (a big plus for the maids for daily cleaning, if you've been there and seen what I mean), replenished with water, coffee, and tea, and spacious. It's a great place for families with children. Excellent cuisine, everyone will find something for themselves. There's a swimming pool, sauna, spa, and a well-equipped playroom for the little ones, plus a playground and table football for the older ones. And while the kids are in the playroom, there's a bar for the adults with great service. It's close to great sites, both local and just outside the hotel. The Errant Rocks, the Rock City, and the suspension bridge are all within easy reach. And dinner is fantastic. It's not exactly 7 p.m., but it's very tasty. We'll definitely be back. 🙂 The rooms are super large. They come with tea and coffee making facilities. There's a refrigerator. Plenty of towels and toiletries. The lifeguard at the pool is great. 🙂

Fantastic stay at Hotel Kudowa! We will definitely come back! Rooms are very clean, comfortable, the ladies at the reception are always friendly, smiling, and very helpful. And the chef 😁 is a national treasure! The best breakfasts and dinners I have had the pleasure to eat! Besides, the hotel's location is great. Everything is close by. Secured parking. Pool and crystal clear, warm water. Wonderful place! And very affordable.

The stay at Hotel Kudowa – Manufaktura Relaksu was a real pleasure! From the very first contact with the staff we felt very well looked after – the staff is extremely polite, helpful and professional. The rooms are spacious, well-kept and clean, and the beds are very comfortable – ideal for relaxation after an active day. A huge advantage of the hotel is the wellness area – the swimming pool, jacuzzi and saunas provide full relaxation, and the SPA treatments are a real feast for the body and soul. Breakfasts are tasty, varied and prepared with attention to every detail – everyone will find something for themselves. The location of the hotel also deserves praise – close to the spa park and numerous hiking trails. It is a perfect place for both a weekend getaway and a longer vacation. I definitely recommend this place to everyone who is looking for peace, comfort and a moment just for themselves. We will come back!

Very nice and friendly service 👍😊. Swimming pool with warm water. Also 28 degrees in the room. You don't want to get out of the water. In addition, sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi, fitness ... Something for everyone 😊. A few minutes walk to the spa park. Hotel Kudowa is a place where you can spend a nice time and, most importantly, fully relax. I recommend it with a clear conscience 😊

Clean, large, comfortable beds and pillows, daily cleaning. Fresh and good food, good juices and lemonades. We visited Błędne Skały on the Polish side, Szczeliniec, Skalne Miasto on the Czech side - there was also the Bear Cave on the way. I recommend it

Very nice 4 star hotel in the center of Kudowa, spotlessly clean, cleaned every day, large, nice bathroom. Delicious buffet breakfasts. Swimming pool, jacuzzi, several saunas and lots of SPA treatments, I had massages so I recommend it, great. I recommend a 5-star hotel.

We went to the Hotel Kudowa Manufaktura Relaksu**** with my family for an extended weekend. And to our great joy it was a wonderful time. Beautiful, well-kept interiors, spacious rooms, carefully prepared, clean and fragrant. The service was very helpful, nice and welcomed with a wide smile. The restaurant had delicious food. The SPA offer was very rich and aimed at the needs of all guests. This is definitely not the last stay in this hotel. I recommend it with a clear conscience!

A very pleasant hotel. We spent 5 days there. A great promotion for families with children suited us perfectly. For the price we paid, the hotel 100% met our expectations. What deserves praise above all is the friendly and helpful staff as well as the family atmosphere. A great swimming pool with warm water, perfect for children and also great for swimming. The hotel is generally very friendly to families with children. The meals were very good, there was always a dish especially for children, and we know that children are picky when it comes to traditional dishes. The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious and cleaned every day! The only thing that could be improved are the beds for married couples, they could be with a common mattress and not joined together, but this is a nuance. Overall rating 5*, we recommend this place!

It was spacious, equipped with a seating area and a large balcony. The ladies in the room are very nice and take care of cleanliness. Breakfast and lunch are tasty. The waiter service was nice and friendly. The parking lot at the hotel is closed at night.

Towels are also changed on request. The swimming pool is quite large and available in matching me hours. No problems with parking.

The hotel was reserved for parents and it was the first time they came back so happy with their trip (and they are quite picky) ;) they liked literally everything - a large room, a spa area with a jacuzzi and a swimming pool, a delicious breakfast and a location close to the center. They said they would be happy to come back for a longer stay, because one night there was definitely too short! Thank you! :)

The hotel is in a great location. It is very large and spacious. Rooms with high comfort. There are plenty of attractions in the area. We especially recommend snowball in the mountains, the miniature park and a trip to the Table Mountains. Even in early spring it is simply wonderful there. Our stay was extremely successful due to the variety of nearby attractions and very nice service. The food was very good, everyone was very nice. In your free time you can use the swimming pool and sauna. The beds are comfortable, thank you to the entire team!
