The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Before redeeming the purchased voucher, it is necessary to make a reservation.

In the event of cancellation or unused voucher within its validity period, the purchased voucher is not refundable or exchangeable for other benefits.
When the value of the service is lower than the funds remaining to be used under the Voucher, the difference between the value of the service and the value of the Voucher is not refundable.
