Cancellation policy: Changing the booking date is possible up to 21 days before the start of the stay. After 21 days, date changes or free cancellation are not possible.

Voucher purchase conditions

The voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase, excluding the following dates:

  • Easter
  • Long weekends in May, June, and November
  • Christmas
  • New Year's

The voucher is sent electronically.
