- The hotel stay starts at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
- The hotel does not accept pets.
- The hotel is equipped with two elevators (only applies to the main building).
- The spa fee is an additional charge: 5 PLN per person per night.
- The prices include VAT.
- Accommodation for a child up to 4 years old is FREE (sleeping in bed with an adult).
- Extra beds are available in Superior rooms, Apartments, and rooms in building B.
- Building B is a separate building on the other side of the internal parking lot, the passage is not covered.
