Guests celebrate the holidays in the restaurant at 6-person tables. For families and close groups, it is possible to arrange a larger table. Such a request should be reported to the hotel reception by December 19, 2025.

- The hotel does not accommodate stays with pets.
- The hotel is equipped with two elevators (applies only to the main building).
- The spa tax is payable additionally: 5 PLN per person per day.
- Prices include VAT.
- Stay for children up to 4 years old is FREE (sleeping in bed with an adult).
- Extra beds are available in Superior rooms, Apartments, and rooms in building B.
- Building B is a separate building across the internal parking lot; the passage is not covered.
