- Hotel check-in starts at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and finishes at 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
- The hotel does not accept stays with pets.
- The hotel is equipped with two elevators (applies only to the main building).
- The health resort fee is payable additionally: 5 PLN per person per day.
