Check-in starts at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, check-out is by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
The hotel does not accept stays with pets.
The hotel is equipped with two elevators (applicable only to the main building).
A spa fee is charged additionally: 5 PLN per person per day.
Prices include VAT.
Stay for children up to 4 years old is FREE (sleeping in bed with an adult).
Extra beds are available in Superior rooms, Apartments, and rooms in building B.
Building B is a separate building across the internal parking lot; the passage is uncovered.
