Dry sauna is an excellent way to regenerate and deeply relax. High temperature helps loosen tight muscles, supports body detoxification, and helps calm down after an intense day. Available Monday to Friday from 17:00–21:00 and on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 to 21:00.

Infrared sauna with color therapy is modern technology and relaxation. Gentle infrared radiation warms the body, supporting muscle regeneration and relaxation. The session is complemented by color therapy, which helps calm the mind, reduce stress, and create an atmosphere of deep relaxation. Available Monday to Friday from 17:00–21:00 and on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 to 21:00.

Fitness room with cardio equipment is the perfect place for guests who want to maintain their fitness during their stay at the hotel. Training on a treadmill, bike or elliptical improves endurance, boosts energy, and effectively reduces stress. Open daily from 9:00–21:00.

We also encourage you to use the NEA SPA services. The offer includes relaxing body massages, regenerative facial treatments and body scrubs. An ideal alternative are SPA ceremonies and rituals with wonderful aromas. All treatments are performed using professional cosmetics by Charmine Rose, Wellm, Bio Oleo, and Fito SPA.

We also offer relaxing SPA baths that help restore inner harmony.

New is Floating - a relaxation therapy involving free floating on the surface of Epsom salt-saturated water. An ideal proposal in a world of rush and daily tensions.

• The hotel day starts at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
• The hotel does not accept pets.
• There are two elevators available to guests in the main building.
• The resort fee is 5 PLN per person per day, payable additionally.
• All prices include VAT.
• Stay for children up to 4 years old is free, provided they sleep in the bed with an adult.
• Extra beds are available in Superior rooms, Apartments, and Budget rooms located in a separate building.
• Budget rooms are located in a separate building on the first floor. The building does not have an elevator. The passage to the main building goes through the parking lot and is uncovered.
• The hotel reserves the right to introduce changes to the program and offer in accordance with current Government guidelines.
