Wellness & SPA

An indoor swimming pool with a geyser, water cascade and massage jets — an ideal place for a moment of relaxation. A soothing water massage and the calming sound of the cascade help reduce tension. It’s a wonderful space to rest after an active day and enjoy blissful relaxation. The pool is available daily from 13:00 to 21:00.

A dry sauna is an excellent way to regenerate and enjoy deep relaxation. The high temperature helps loosen tense muscles, supports the body’s cleansing process and helps you unwind after an intense day. Available from Monday to Friday from 17:00 to 21:00 and on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 to 21:00.

An Infrared sauna with colour therapy is modern technology and relaxation. Gentle infrared radiation warms the body, supporting muscle regeneration and relaxation. The session is complemented by colour therapy, which helps quiet the mind, reduce stress and create an atmosphere of deep relaxation. Available from Monday to Friday from 17:00 to 21:00 and on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 to 21:00.

A fitness room with cardio equipment is the ideal place for those who want to take care of their fitness during their stay at the hotel. Training on a treadmill, stationary bike or an elliptical trainer helps improve overall fitness, adds energy and effectively reduces stress. Open daily from 9:00 to 21:00.

We also encourage you to take advantage of the NEA SPA services. The offer includes, among other things, relaxing body massages, regenerating facial treatments and body scrubs. Important information

The hotel day starts at 15:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 on the day of departure.
The hotel does not accept pets.
In the main building, two elevators are available for guests.
The spa fee is PLN 5 per person per night and is paid additionally.
All prices include VAT tax.
A child’s stay up to the age of 4 is free of charge, provided the child sleeps in a bed with an adult.
Extra beds are available in Superior rooms, Apartments and Budget rooms located in a separate building.
Budget rooms are located in a separate building on the first floor. The building has no elevator. The passage to the main building goes through the parking area and is not covered.
The hotel reserves the right to make changes to the programme and offer in accordance with the current guidelines of the Government of the Republic of Poland.
