The hotel day starts at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
The hotel does not allow stays with pets.
The hotel is equipped with two elevators (applies only to the main building).
The spa tax is an additional fee: 5 PLN per person per day.

Stay for children up to 4 years old is FREE (sleeping in the bed with an adult).
Extra beds are available in Superior rooms, Apartments, and rooms in building B.
Building B is a separate building located across the internal parking lot; the passage is not covered.
