- Hotel day starts at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
- The hotel does not accept stays with pets.
- The hotel is equipped with two elevators (applies only to the main building).
- Health resort fee is payable additionally: 5 PLN per person per day.

- Stay for a child up to 4 years is FREE (sleeping in a bed with an adult)
- Extra beds available in Superior rooms, Apartments, and rooms in building B.
- Building B is a separate building on the other side of the internal parking lot, the passage is not covered.
