The session is complemented by color therapy, which helps calm the mind, reduce stress, and create an atmosphere of deep relaxation. Fitness room with cardio equipment is the perfect place for those who want to maintain fitness during their hotel stay. Training on the treadmill, bike, or elliptical trainer improves physical fitness, boosts energy, and effectively reduces stress. Open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Additionally, we encourage you to use NEA SPA services. Offers include relaxing body massages, regenerating facial treatments and body scrubs. Perfect alternatives are SPA ceremonies and rituals with wonderful aromas. All treatments are performed using professional cosmetics from Charmine Rose, Wellm, Bio Oloeo, and Fito SPA.

We also offer relaxing SPA baths that help restore inner harmony.

The novelty is Floating — a relaxation therapy involving floating freely on the surface of water saturated with Epsom salt. An ideal proposal in a world full of hurry and daily tensions.

• There are two elevators available to guests in the main building.
• The health resort fee is 5 PLN per person per day and is payable additionally.

• Children up to 4 years old stay free of charge, provided they share a bed with an adult.
• Extra beds are available in Superior rooms, Apartments, and Budget rooms located in a separate building.
• Budget rooms are located in a separate building on the first floor. The building has no elevator. Access to the main building is across the parking lot and is not covered.
